3 lbs. cut up chicken pieces
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsps. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean and dry chicken well on paper towels. Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. In shallow baking pan in oven, melt butter. Remove from oven. Arrange chicken in pan in a single layer; skin side down. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 20 minutes until brown and fork tender.
