1 - 7 1/2 pound pumpkin
8 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed
1 cup raisins
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top from pumpkin, discard seeds, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Spoon into pumpkin, replace top.

Place on a baking sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. Serve pumpkin on a serving platter. Allow guests to scoop out.
