5-6 Tbl. butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chunks of butter in oven as it preheats to 475 in square or rectangular baking dish (watch to avoid burning.) Blend remaining ingredients well and pour over melted butter. Cook 18 minutes until puffy and browned on ridges.

Top with syrup, cinnamon sugar, brown/powdered sugar, applesauce, jam, honey&lemon, berries, etc.
