4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 cups celery, thinly sliced
1 cup Helman's mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 can waterchestnuts, drained and chopped
1 can mushroom caps, drained and chopped
1 small package sliced almonds, chopped
1 small yellow onion, sliced thin and chopped
1 medium package shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag Chinese noodles
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken over stovetop with salt and pepper then cube into bite size pieces. Mix chicken with all but the last two ingredients in a bowl and pour into a 9x11 casserole baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles and then put back into oven for an additional 10 minutes.
