2 14 oz cans artichokes, drained
1 cup Helman's mayonnaise
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
1 dash coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (save 2 tablespoons for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Put artichokes in food processor and coarsely chop, then fold in the rest of the ingredients by hand. Spread in sprayed ceramic baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve as a dip with bagel chips, crackers, etc.
