1/3 C orange juice concentrate
1/3 C water
6 Tbl. tapioca
zest of 1 orange
10 C chopped fresh rhubarb
2 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Place top crust on and press together. Brush with milk and sugar. Bake at 400 approximately 1 hour.
