1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 C vinegar
1/2 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped cabbage in bowl; set aside. In small saucepan, combine salt, sugar, seeds, mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Add oil. Pour over cabbage. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
