1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/2 cup sugar
3 T flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (Ritz or Saltines)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Save 3 T of the juice. Combine the sugar and flour. Stir in the pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Mix well and spoon into a greased 1 qt casserole dish. Combine the melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle this over the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
