1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup raw rice
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, cut up
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together except soup and water.

Shape into small meatballs.

Place meatballs in baking dish.

Mix soups and water - pour mixture over meatballs.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

The meatball sauce is great over baked potatoes as a side
dish.

Add a little more soup and a little more water for extra sauce.

The only downside is the leftover soups - plan on having soup
for lunch the next day.
