3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
tsp. allspice
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup veg. oil (I substituted plain yogurt)
tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In a small bowl,
beat the eggs zucchini, oil (yogurt) and vanilla. Stir into dry
ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 60-65
minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes
before removing from pans to wire racks.
