4 C sugar
4 C water
4 C orange juice or apricot nectar
juice from 2 lemons
1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Cool. Combine with orange and lemon juice. Stir in extract. Place in a container and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer just before serving. Spoon into small bowls or glasses.
