1 white cake mix (w/o pudding)
1 box (3 oz) instant coconut pudding mix
3 large eggs
1/4 C oil
1 1/4 C water

1 can CocoLopez cream of coconut
1 (9 oz) tub of Cool Whip, thawed
1 C coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 9x13 greased/floured baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

While warm, poke holes all over top with a straw. Pour cream of coconut over cake. Let cool. Frost with thawed Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
