1 Medium Tomato
1/8 teas Garlic salt
1 to 2 Tbl mayonnaise
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbling
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 teas dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomato into 1/2 inch thick slices; drain on paper towel for 5 - 10 minutes. Place tomato slices on a greased broiler pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Spread each tomato slice with mayonnaise. Top with crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese and oregano. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until cheese is melted
