Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 ripe bananas--like when no one wants to eat them anymore

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and fold in mashed bananas I also add 1 cup chopped pecans/walnuts

Bake @325 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until firm in middle--check w/toothpick
