1 lb hamburger
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 can vegetable soup and 1 can water
1/4 to 1/2 c barley
1 OXO cube
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Add carrot, tomatoes, vegetable soup, water, barley, OXO cube, salt and pepper. Simmer about 3 to 4 hours.
