1/2c butter
2tbsp icing sugar
1 1/2c flour
1 1/2c brown suger
1/4c melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Blend flour. Pan into 9x9 pan. Bake @ 350 for 5 min. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over base. Bake @ 350 for 30 to 40 min.
