12c sliced apples
3c sugar
1/2c tapioca pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2c sugar over apples let stand 5 mins.
Boil for 1 min. Add 1 more cup sugar and tapioca pudding. Boil 1 min longer. Cool and freeze.
Crab apples work great for this.
