Ingredients:
1 c oat groats (hulled oats)
1/2 c raw almonds
agave nectar
cinnamon
nutmeg
clove
water
raisins. mango. or fruit of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Soak oat groats in enough water to cover by 2-3inches in refrigerator overnight. Soak almonds in enough water to cover overnight. Drain both.

Place small handful of oats and almonds in food processor and roughly chop. Set aside.

Place remainder of oats in food processor and process until almost smooth. Add in almonds and process until desired consistency. With processor going add in agave nectar to taste (remember it is twice as sweet as honey). Remove mixture and stir in roughly chopped oats and almonds.

To make a fruit topping use a combination of fruits that you have on hand, good ones are apples, raisins, and mangoes. Chop into small pieces and mix with spices, agave, and water to taste. I cheat a little and cook the fruit with water and spices to make a nice topping.

Dish out servings and top with fruit. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
You can adjust the amount of groats to almonds to taste. If you can not find oat groats buckwheat groats work as well. We have also used this recipe with soaked steel cut oats; however, it then looses the benefits of eating raw food. This is the mixture I have found to be the best for us. Inspired from a wonderful dish at Chaco Canyon in Seattle.
