1 large pk beef ribs
1 carrot
1/2 onion chopped
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic
2 to 3 T beef bouillon paste
salt and pepper
1 t beau monde or celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into pot and cook until ribs are tender. Remove ribs and strain. (You can use ribs to barbeque for a meal.
Use this stock for the beef gumbo recipe.
