2 lbs. large sea scallops
1 row Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter a casserole dish and layer scallops.
Crush Ritz crackers and mix together with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle cracker mix on top of scallops. Dot mixture with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
