5 lbs ground meat (venison or beefJ)
5 T Morton's Tender Quick Salt
2 1/2 T black pepper
2 1/2 T garlic salt
2 1/2 T mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well then cover and refrigerate. Take out and remix daily for 3 days returning mixture to the refrigerator. On the 4th day form into rolls the size you desire and bake on racks at 200 for 8 hrs.

Elaine says she either adds more ground meat or cuts down some on the salt as this recipe tends to be a bit salty. Also line cookie sheets with tin foil to catch drippings for quick clean up.
