1 lb. bow ties
1 lb. broccoli flowerets (halved)
2 (6.5 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1/8 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup oil packed julienned sun dried tomatoes
3 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot of lightly salted water, cook pasta 12 minutes or until firm, but tender.

Add broccoli to pasta water during last five minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli. Combine artichoke hearts, pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes, green onion, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to bowl, toss to combine. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
