1/2 box graham cracker crust
2 sticks margarine (softened)
1 box confectioners sugar
1 12 oz. jar of peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 12 oz. package of chocolate (Nestle tidbits work)
half a bar of paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Graham Cracker crust, butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla and peanut butter together in a large bowl. Melt chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler.

Roll mixture into balls and dip into chocolate using toothpicks. Part of the mixture should be left uncovered, hence the name "buckeye". Place on wax paper covered cookie sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
