2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
2 diced fresh avocados
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 cup diced tomatoes
Organic red wine and olive oil vinigrette (to taste)
Chopped cilantro, to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes or longer.
