4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup whiskey
2 tbsp. Justin Wilsons Hot Pepper Sauce
-or-
1 tbsp. tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
2. Combine all but pecans into saucepan and boil for 3 minutes.
3. Add pecans and toss to coat, spread onto cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 30 min. or until crisp.
