1 head lettuce, chopped
1 can black beans
1 can sweet corn
1/2 jicama, chopped in small pieces
Cilantro and basil to taste
Crispy corn tortillo strips
Monterey Jack cheese
4 chicken breasts, grilled, barbecue sauce on top
Garden herb ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Grill the chicken until done, skin and dice.
Add barbecue sauce. In a large bowl add the chopped lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, jicama, cilantro, and basil. Mix in the dressing to taste. Add the barbecued chicken, Monterey cheese and crispy corn tortilla chips to the top.
