1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 packet Taco seasoning (do not add water)
1 can refried beans with green chilies
1 small jar medium salsa
4 oz. or 1/2 container sour cream
4 oz or 1/2 package cream cheese
1 small package Mexican shredded cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the ground beef or turkey on the stove top. Add the taco seasoning while the beef is frying. Blend with electric blender the cream cheese and sour cream and set aside. In a glass baking dish, layer from bottom up the following: beef or turkey, beans and salsa. Put the sour cream/cream cheese mixture in the middle, then the shredded cheese around the edges. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
