1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 bag of Kraft caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 cake pan.
2. Prepare cake mix as directed.
3.Pour 1/2 batter into pan and bake for 15 min..
4. While cake is baking: melt caramels, milk and butter in saucepan on medium heat, stir till melted.
5. Pour caramel over baked cake and sprinkle with 1/2 nuts and all of the chocolate chips. Now pour rest of batter on top and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
6. Bake for 20 min. more. Serve warm.
