1 lb. hamburger
onion
1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion in a large skillet.
Add rice, cream of celery soup, water and soy sauce to hamburger. Mix well.
Cover skillet or transfer food to a casserole baking dish and bake for 60 minutes at 350F.
Feel free to add a cup of chopped celery and sliced mushrooms to this dish.
