1c. long grain white rice

1/4lb. butter

1 onion, finely chopped

1tsp. oregano

1 can consomme

1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in butter until very brown.

Add onions while browning.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into a covered casserole and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Stir before serving.
