2 egg whites - beaten stiff
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg (6oz) chocolate bits melted
1-1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Do NOT Double
Add each ingredient to egg whites gently, but mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.

This is the companion cookie to the Linser cookies that I make... this uses the whites that the other does not. Originally came from my mother.
