1 Med. Container Cottage Cheese
1 Med. Container Sour Cream
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1 cup shredded yellow/Mexican cheese
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder (or more to taste)
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper (or more to taste)

Directions:

Mix everything together and chill overnight. Serve with Tostido chips.
