1 pound scallops
2 T butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 cup cooking broth

Directions:
Directions:
Bring scallops to a boil in water. Let cook about 3 minutes until almost done.
Reserve 1/4 cup of the water and drain the rest.
Mix butter, mustard and water together. Place scallops in a baking dish add water mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs dot with a little more butter. Bake at 350ļF for about 5 minutes.
