6-7 Russett potatoes (depends on size),
4tbsp butter/margarine,
milk (about 1/4 cup)
sour cream (2 good size spoon fulls),
cheddar cheese (2 hand fulls),
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
-Peel and cube potatoes (I leave some skin on)

-Boil until soft 25-30 minutes

-Drain and return to pot

-Add butter, sour cream, & cheese

-Mash well

-Add milk until you reach desired consistancy

-Season to taste
