1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. oat bran
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. non-fat or low-fat yogurt
3 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour (1/2 of it whole wheat)
2c. bran cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, bran and water; mix in sugar, oil, eggs, and yogurt. Fold in flours, baking soda, and bran cereal. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min.
