4 chicken breasts
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
1- 14 oz.can chicken broth
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice thin, 4 chicken breasts. Mix 1 egg with 3 T. lemon juice. Mix together, 1 c. flour, 1/8 tsp garlic, 1/8 tsp. paprika,and salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the egg mixture and then into the flour mixture. Brown the chicken in 1/4 c. butter.
Combine chicken broth and 2 T. lemon juice. Pour over the browned chicken. Simmer until liquid is about gone- approximately 30 minutes.
