2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1/3 vegetable oil
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease 12 cup muffing pan or use liners. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Make a well in the middle. Mix milk, egg, oil, banana, and walnuts in a small bowl. Pour wet mixture into dry well. Mix batter just until moist. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake until just golden brown, about 15 minutes.
