1/2 lb of cooked and crumbled ground beef 1/2 c. of mayo 1/2 c. - milk 2 eggs 1 T. cornstarch 1 & 1/2 c. of cheese 1/3 c. onion - dash of pepper
Make a crust of 2 c. flour - 1 t. salt - 2/3 c. shortening - 5 to 7 T. cold water....place in pie plate- Add all other ingredients with wisk or electric mixer. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350º for 35 -40 min.
My kids like this ....they cover it with ketchup!!
