Ingredients:  
1 cup long-grained rice
1 can beef consommé soup
1 can french onion soup
1 can mushrooms
1 stick margarine
1 can water chestnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice, soups & mushrooms in casserole dish. Place stick of margarine on top. Cover and cook @ 425 for 30 minutes. Stir and cook another 30 minutes. If making this in the Crock Pot cook 3 to 4 hours.
