3 4 yellow squash cubed & cooked until tender
2 slices loaf bread
1 egg
cup milk
to cup chopped onion
salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender. Combine bread, milk, and egg and stir till mixed. Drain squash and add to mixture. Add cheese, salt, pepper & onion. Mix until cheese is slightly melted. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 40 minutes. I sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top just before removing from oven.
