Pork steaks or Tenderloins
1 1/2 T red wine
1 to 1 1/2 T raspberry vinegar
2 pickled peaches sliced and chopped
1/2 to 2/3 c pickle peach juice
1 chicken bouillon cube
dash garlic salt
cornstarch mixed with water and kitchen bouquet
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork and brown in pan using non stick spray. Remove pork and deglaze pan with red wine. Add vinegar, pickle juice and heat thoroughly (do not boil). Add pork, chopped pickled peaches and garlic salt. Simmer covered for 15 minutes turning and basting once or twice. Remove pork from pan, raise heat and add corn starch to thicken sauce (do not boil) Spoon sauce over meat and serve with spatzle or rice, Green Giant frozen sugar snap peas & julienne carrots.
