1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Water
2 medium green bell pepper, julienned
2 tbsp Soy sauce
dash of pepper
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 lb sirloin cut into strips
1˝ cups boiling water
1˝ cups minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, 2 tbsp water, soy sauce & pepper in bowl, stir in beef. Cover and let stand at least 1 hour to marinate. (I have marinated overnight.) Heat oil in skillet. Add beef, bell pepper & garlic. Sauté until meat is brown & peppers are crisp tender. Add 1 ˝ cup water. Cook and stir to loosen brown particles & bring mixture to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Contains 375 calories per serving.
