Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 c diced or chopped ham
4 to 6 c cooked rice
5 slices white bread cubed
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 c milk
1 med onion chopped
2 T butter
1 T worchestershire sauce
5 additional T butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 2 T butter til soft. Add soup and milk. Stir in rice, ham, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Melt 5 T butter and toss with bread cubes. Put mixture in caserole and top with buttered bread cubes. Bake in preheated oven at 450 til bread cubes are browned.
Good with Melinda hot sauce or use your favorite.
