8 oz cream cheese
6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
20 mushrooms, washed and stemmed
8 mushrooms stems finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and stems in bacon grease until tender. Drain. Mix with cheese and bacon. Stuff caps and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Finish in broiler until tops are golden brown.
