24 oz tomato paste
1/2 c fresh grated romano cheese
3 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1 1/2 tsp basil
2 - 3 T sugar
4 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly saute garlic in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients plus 7 - 8 c water. Mix well and simmer 2-4 hours over low heat. Serve on pasta with grilled Italian sausage.
