16 oz. sour cream 1 package of Taco seasoning 1 bag of shredded cheese (mexican style, cheddar, whatever you like) 1 red pepper (chopped) 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 medium/large tomatoe (chopped)
In small bowl, mix taco seasoning into sour cream. Coat bottom of pan with sour cream mixture. Layer chopped veggies and top with cheese. Dig in! Serve cold.
