16 oz. sour cream
1 package of Taco seasoning
1 bag of shredded cheese (mexican style, cheddar, whatever you like)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 medium/large tomatoe (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix taco seasoning into sour cream. Coat bottom of pan with sour cream mixture. Layer chopped veggies and top with cheese. Dig in! Serve cold.
