4 oz. shredded moxxarella cheese
4 oz. shredded colby cheese
1 c. (or more) herb-seasoned stuffing
1/4 c. chopped chiveds
2 sweet onions, very thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 c. dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mozzarella cheese, Colby cheese and 1 cup stuffing in a bowl and mix well. Combine chives, sweet onions and green onions in a bowl and mix well. Alternate layers of the cheese mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle if desired. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer.
