8 oz. country-cured ham
8 oz. virginia-baked ham
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Juice of 1 lemon
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse the country-cured ham and virginia-baked ham in food processor until finely chopped but not mushy. Add the cream scheese, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce and pepper and process well. Remove to a serving bowl. Chill, covered (prefereably overnight). Serve at room temperature with Biscuits.
