Brown Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Boil 4-5 sweet potatoes (or however many you want) until just tender. Let cool until you can handle them comfortably.

Remove skin and cut vertically into round pieces (approximately 1/2 - 1 inch thick). Place in lightly-greased (I spray with Pam) oven-safe pan. Slice butter into small squares and place one square on each round of sweet potato. Sprinkle brown sugar generously over sweet potatoes. Bake until butter and brown sugar are melted.
