2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. brown sugar
1- 8 oz. carton whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave all ingredients on high for 14 minutes. Stir in 2 tsp. butter and microwave 1 minute. Beat by hand for 1 minute and drop on wax paper until dry.
